For an administrative position:
1. The boss is a very capricious person.
2. I recently saw that they are recruiting an administrative assistant again. The manager of the administration department can be said to be extremely high-handed. Although she is a long-serving employee, like many senior employees at other companies who are unable to perform in a managerial role, she has no ability to serve as a manager at all. I suggest she spend more time browsing books on how to manage a team at a bookstore, rather than merely shouting the boss’s English name all day and saying that because the boss wants this or that, you should do this or that. Acting like a lackey has no value whatsoever when it comes to work.
3. The systems are clearly deficient. If there were a labor inspection, it would probably be quite a spectacle.
4. The company rarely lays people off. Basically, it uses high-pressure workloads to force you to resign, thereby saving on severance pay.
5. The boss is unwilling to face their own shortcomings or mistakes and will blame the employees instead.
6. It is suitable for those looking to coast until retirement, but not for young people, because it will drive them mad.
7. Official working hours are listed as 9:00–9:30 a.m., but due to pressure and being watched by the supervisor, you are almost always forced to arrive at the company by 8:30 a.m. The official end time is listed as 6:00–6:30 p.m., but just like with the start time, you are pressured to stay until after 7:00 p.m. before you can leave, and you cannot apply for overtime. The company will tell you that this is the obligation and responsibility of your job. (This is completely contrary to administrative positions at other companies.)
The company is new, and the location is convenient.
The written test also includes English and English logic questions, and they even require you to wear a suit to be polite? Who wears a suit as a software engineer?
The interviewer directly gives you a large amount of data and asks you to analyze it using Java, even though it is clearly something that would be easier to handle with Python. Are they deliberately making things difficult for applicants? The interview takes four hours. New graduates really shouldn't consider going—they won't get hired.
