Read the community guidelinesAverage. The company invited me to an interview, and the HR representative was quite polite.
There were two interview rounds. They did not proactively disclose the salary range, so fresh graduates who feel embarrassed to ask should inquire before confirming their acceptance and reporting for work. The company's standard résumé requires applicants to fill in their expected salary, and the job duties were described somewhat vaguely.
The base salary for the procurement administrator position is NT$23,000 + NT$2,000 perfect-attendance bonus = NT$25,000. After becoming able to work independently, it increases by NT$3,000 to NT$28,000; subsequent salary adjustments depend on performance.
Working hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is said that the lunch break is flexible, lasting two hours, but flexible start and end times are not allowed.
I couldn't find anyone sharing about it online, so I'm simply sharing my interview experience.
It varies from person to person.
The interviewer was very polite.
I applied for a retail sales position, and my previous job was also in sales in a related industry. With bonuses, I could usually earn around 40,000.
104 Job Bank listed the monthly salary as 25,000–45,000. It was only during the interview that I found out the base salary is actually 23,000. The 25,000 is probably what you get after adding perfect-attendance pay, as mentioned in the first comment. To earn more, you have to rely on bonuses. However, when I asked about the bonus system, they said that because there are many store locations, each store uses a different calculation method. The explanation was extremely vague, making it impossible to judge roughly how much you could actually take home after joining!
Moreover, the bonus and salary are paid separately: the base salary is transferred on the 10th, while the bonus must be collected in cash at the head office on the 20th!
What a joke. Not to mention the inconvenience caused to employees by having to travel to two different places—what exactly is the purpose of paying them separately?
Besides, I applied for a sales position, for goodness’ sake! There are performance targets and pressure!
It’s not just a matter of restocking goods and standing at the counter handling payments, is it? With this kind of salary compared with others in the same industry, do you really have the nerve to say you’re hiring?
You might as well be recruiting monkeys!
They report at least the minimum wage, and there is no income tax to pay.
They deduct money at the slightest disagreement, with no clear rules for how deductions are made. They deduct money when they are in a bad mood. There are too many unwritten rules within the company, and you have to wait three months before you can receive many things.

The interview was conducted in two rounds. In the final round, I initially interviewed together with another person.
Three senior managers sat across from us and took turns asking questions. Although I was ultimately offered the position, the salary was simply too low, so I did not accept it.
The work is relaxed
The company does not give time off for public holidays that fall on weekends
The performance bonus calculation is unclear
The boss manages poorly and does not trust employees
Internal management rules keep changing
High turnover

1. Have to work on national holidays, with no overtime pay and no compensatory leave
2. You have to apply to receive your payslip, and it takes another month after applying
3. Salary transfers have no breakdown; there is obvious tax evasion
4. Senior colleagues abuse their seniority, and the problem of bullying subordinates is serious
5. A disposable company
The staffing company responds quickly.
After handing me a questionnaire at the site, they left me waiting for over half an hour without any explanation whatsoever or any indication that I was supposed to wait for HR. Absolutely. No. Explanation. At all. I recommend going if you want to experience the many facets of life.
