If a department is short on money, the department supervisor will find excuses to squeeze the money out of lower-level employees.
Whenever the department supervisor wants to attend a social occasion—for example, when someone passes away or has a baby—they require subordinates to contribute money for condolence or congratulatory cash gifts.
You even have to pay for department group meals yourself.
The head office underreports high salaries for labor insurance, using base salary plus bonuses to get away with it.
You still have to work during typhoons. The company doesn't care whether employees live or die, and provides neither money nor transportation subsidies.
