Long working hours, and the salary is just average.
1. Learn many job skills in a short time
2. The resignation process is very quick
1. The salaries listed on job-search websites already include bonuses and allowances
2. Shift work is required on holidays
3. Some senior employees bully new employees, making the work atmosphere very unpleasant!
(Most are very nice; a small minority are troublemakers.)
4. Often required to work overtime unexpectedly
5. Benefits are unclear and require proactively asking about them
1. Newly constructed buildings
2. Continuously developing new products and production lines
3. Securing substantial government assistance and doing an excellent job with public relations
1. Strict cost control, with increased investment costs in raw materials. Some process systems have not yet been established, and authority has not been delegated to supervisors to handle matters. The company could successfully transform itself and advance into a first-rate company, but it is still undergoing transformation.
2. The work is very rushed, and the pressure can be intense. The estimated employee turnover rate is around 10% per month.
The resignation process is very fast
1. Responsibilities among departments are unclear, and cross-departmental communication is inefficient
2. Managers often contradict their own decisions, valuing relationships over ability
3. There are no benefits
1. The employee cafeteria provides meals, which can save money on food. The dishes are mostly oily and spicy, and tastes vary from person to person.
2. The factory is now in Tucheng, so the commute is less congested. There is an employee parking lot, so you don't have to look for a parking space.
3. A happy company.
4. The environment at the new Tucheng factory is much cleaner.
1. Overtime pay is not necessarily provided; it depends on the department. You may not find out that you have to work overtime until half an hour before the end of your shift.
2. A transfer may be announced today and take effect tomorrow, depending mainly on where staff are needed. The department and duties you are transferred to may be completely unrelated to your original position.
3. If you work in the office area, you may sometimes have to support the production line as an operator.
4. The reason for extending the probationary period is not necessarily something you caused.
The relationships between employees are very good, and people are nice.
1. Long working hours with no overtime pay; even when overtime is paid, it is not calculated at the normal rate.
2. Accumulated compensatory leave is taken for granted. When it is time to take the leave, however, people question why you have leave available to take.
3. There may be parachuted-in personnel.
4. A very traditional traditional industry; it seems generous on the surface, but actually is not. Although there are salary increases, they are very, very small.
5. Once you are stabbed in the back, there is no way to recover.
