Pros
1. Learn many job skills in a short time
2. The resignation process is very quick
Cons
1. The salaries listed on job-search websites already include bonuses and allowances
2. Shift work is required on holidays
3. Some senior employees bully new employees, making the work atmosphere very unpleasant!
(Most are very nice; a small minority are troublemakers.)
4. Often required to work overtime unexpectedly
5. Benefits are unclear and require proactively asking about them
