Pros

Using human brains to make up a computer!? But the latest research has found that I bet you’ll come to me after watching my video

Cons

This is the legendary airplane graveyard. The climate is dry and the ground is hard, so it won’t market itself covered in bruises. It specializes in parking a bunch of old airplanes. Lined up in a row, they look like a cult and viruses—more chaotic than the An Lushan Rebellion in history. They keep setting up flags only to be proven wrong, as frequently as getting a haircut, and send a bunch of hieroglyphic emails.

Like rusted parts and one-dollar coins, a bunch of newcomers are forced to follow along and break their bones. Every day there are live broadcasts, dirty jokes, and unpleasant music. Congratulations, you’re the 3,000th person to hear this.

Pros

HR proactively contacted me to arrange the phone interview, and their attitude was also very good.

Cons

The skills listed in the JD did not match what was asked during the interview. The JD focused on programming-related skills, but the manager was actually looking for someone familiar with hardware, which wasted both parties’ time. During the phone interview, the manager seemed to have a list of questions and standard answers. Even when a question had multiple possible solutions, the manager would only accept the one they had in mind and completely refused to listen to the interviewee’s explanations or other approaches. In addition, when the interviewee asked for clarification on some ambiguously worded questions, the request was also rejected. This was very disrespectful to the interviewee.

Cons

Completely just “casting a wide net” to fill numbers and find scapegoats to interview. The HR department of your company should “possess professional HR qualifications.”

Your company viewed my résumé for less than one minute and immediately used the 104 system to notify me about an interview.

Don’t waste your time taking leave to attend the interview.

This level of professionalism makes me feel that you are even worse than an “operator.”
