Read the community guidelinesThere are many migrant workers (Filipino, Thai, and Vietnamese) on the production lines, so it’s a good opportunity to practice English.
I previously worked on the production line as a part-timer for a year, and wages were frequently delayed.
Part-timers are like disposable chopsticks: once they’ve been used, they’re thrown away. Turnover is quite high, and even if you’re highly capable, you can still be replaced.
Because the migrant workers come from many different countries, factions among them are also seriously divided.
Before the Lunar New Year, wages were delayed (a supervisor merely announced in the group that at most half the wages would be paid). I asked the boss and supervisor in the part-timer group why the wages were being withheld, and was informed that I was being dismissed that same day.
On the day I was dismissed, everyone on the production line (full-time employees and part-timers) unexpectedly received their wages, so they could happily celebrate the New Year. Hehe
Company-provided mobile phone and business cards.
For sales work, apart from what the company provides above, everything else must be handled independently. The company does not provide catalogs, and employees are not allowed to see or ask about the company's production lines. The starting salary is 30,800, which decreases over the months and must be supplemented through performance (however, labor insurance coverage is based on 22,000) plus bonuses (first, it depends on whether an order is worth 10,000; additionally, injection-molded parts are not accepted because mold-making is too expensive, so only blister packaging is accepted, which limits the industries that can be developed). The company has no back-office resources (no catalogs are provided); quotations are issued only if the owner wants to pursue the business. There is no information on existing customers, no list of existing customers is provided, and there is no training. The owner's statements are contradictory. He looks down on students from private universities, especially Chaoyang University, and stated that such people are unsuitable as supervisors and not even suitable as operators. There is no adjustment period: you are expected to generate business in the first week; otherwise, the owner will say, “Did you come here to cheat money?” and ask you to leave immediately, saying, “We are not a charity.” He said that the 30,800 salary was for hiring a senior salesperson. The company claims to have annual revenue of 500 million.

Severe wage arrears, major problems with the boss, and the benefits listed in the job posting are all fake. No year-end bonus, no meal allowance, and the staff are all new hires. Do not be fooled.
The benefits are not as good as stated on the homepage.
The boss loves making grandiose claims. The company is in poor financial condition and has a long history of delaying salary payments—you have to beg to get paid. The company managers mostly just talk and do not take action.
Salaries are delayed by 1–2 months, overtime pay is below the standards set by the Labor Standards Act, and internal company conflict is severe.
