Read the community guidelinesFirst interview
Three hours, including filling out basic information, a personality test, a logic test, and an interview with a supervisor.
Second interview
One hour, including an interview with another supervisor and a meeting with HR.
They seriously evaluated whether the candidate was suitable for the position.
Two weeks after the second interview, I had not been notified. After I proactively inquired, HR replied that the position had been temporarily closed due to other plans for the opening.
Carefully assess candidates’ qualities to confirm whether they are suitable for the position
The HR department was unprofessional. It felt like I was contacted merely to help meet performance targets and boost the numbers. It was a very unpleasant experience.
The security guard at the entrance was very polite and friendly.
1. I waited more than half an hour for the manager, with no response or explanation as to whether the manager had urgent matters to handle, was in a meeting, etc. After the manager came in, they immediately started asking questions. The entire interview never once mentioned what the job involved (so at the time, I was certain I would not be hired).
2. The salary range was narrow, and both the manager and HR said that my requested salary was too high.
3. There was a written test. Personally, I do not really like taking those standardized tests; it felt a lot like going back to morning self-study in junior or senior high school.
