Pros
First interview
Three hours, including filling out basic information, a personality test, a logic test, and an interview with a supervisor.
Second interview
One hour, including an interview with another supervisor and a meeting with HR.
They seriously evaluated whether the candidate was suitable for the position.
Cons
Two weeks after the second interview, I had not been notified. After I proactively inquired, HR replied that the position had been temporarily closed due to other plans for the opening.
