Pros

Interviewed for an e-commerce channel sales planning position.

The female manager from the sales department conducted the interview. She was very organized and seemed like a nice person, but quite strict at work?

(Secretly, she’s a beauty.)

Unlike the previous interview experience where I had to wait for a long time, this job requires sensitivity to numbers, with evaluating purchase costs and sales performance as priorities.

Each person may be assigned to a brand or an e-commerce channel.

The possible salary will be discussed based on the candidate’s level of experience.

Cons

I only realized during the interview that I wasn’t suitable for the position.

The interviewer may not have reviewed my work samples before the interview,

but it also seems that the actual job responsibilities can only be learned through the interview.

For example, if you want to work in social media marketing and advertising, you shouldn’t apply for e-commerce channel sales planning; you should apply for another marketing position at the company.

Interested applicants, please take note so you don’t make a wasted trip like I did @@!

Pros

They explained things quite thoroughly, essentially putting the unpleasant facts on the table upfront.

Cons

I don't know whether the interviewer had been set up before or whether they approach all candidates with preconceived notions. Throughout the interview, they kept questioning your abilities and repeatedly interrupted, not letting you finish speaking. Their manner while listening was also extremely rude—they were either taking deep breaths, rolling their eyes, or rubbing their face.

They also kept saying that they didn't understand the interviewee, while at the same time putting people into preconceived categories and continually judging you from the perspective they had assumed. In short, the interview was extremely unpleasant.

If you want to practice your patience and interview conversation skills, you can give it a try!

Pros

Basically, there are no advantages whatsoever.

Cons

After the recruitment agency invited me to an interview, HR changed the interview time several times.

When I arrived at the interview location at the agreed-upon time, only the building manager received me. I was asked to fill out the interview information by the roadside in the cold weather.

After HR arrived, I was taken to another building and, without being informed of anything, left waiting for more than twenty minutes with no one checking on me.

During the interview with the supervisor, the person spoke in a discriminatory tone, asking questions such as, “What qualifications do you have to get into our company?” and “You don’t have any experience—what makes you think you can?”

The position I previously held was a graphic designer for the online shopping department.

The workload is indeed quite heavy.

On your first day, you will be asked to provide a joint guarantor.

Even though you applied for a graphic designer position, you won’t actually have any dealings with vendors. XD

In short, if this concerns you, consider it carefully.

During the first month, the labor and health insurance contribution salary may also be underreported.

I’m not sure whether this was an isolated case.

I only discovered it after resigning... Having to deal with it afterward was really troublesome.

If you do work there, be sure to pay attention to your labor and health insurance enrollment status.

Pros

The bathroom sink is quite nice.

Cons

To cut to the chase: if you have a better offer or another offer with comparable pay, do not even consider coming here. Alternatively, make sure you negotiate your expected annual salary divided by 12 from the very beginning.

The e-commerce channel operations planning position in the Online Shopping Department is basically a terrible job, right? I’m already a fast worker, and even when I go all-out every day, I’m still constantly chased by emails. It makes me question my life.... This department should increase its staff by 30%; that would not be excessive at all.

Typhoon days off are unpaid!

Year-end bonuses are not guaranteed either, and the amount will not even reach one month’s salary.

Sick leave? Even if you take just one day off, you have to provide proof of medical treatment.

There is also a full-attendance bonus with a hilariously small amount: 250! Two hundred and fifty dollars!

You even have to bring your own toilet paper.....

Unless the salary you negotiate is higher than the other offer you received, there really is no need to come here and have your enthusiasm drained away.

What makes you think a company is treating its employees poorly?

1. The gifts given for the three major holidays are often products that are close to their expiration dates.

2. Sometimes, when working a full-day shift, the hours are not fully counted (the company does not pay overtime). They will ask, “Does this little bit of time really matter?”

3. Although I did everything that a company in the numerals business should do, when sales did not grow, they actually told me to take the products to the district office, irrigation association, or other places to sell them on the side. I thought to myself: You are a department-counter company—do you really need to run it like a direct-sales company?

No wonder everyone leaves after a short time. The pay is low, and the benefits are poor!!

The supervisor interview lasted an hour, and they said they would bring the boss out. The boss supposedly kept being busy, and I ended up waiting for over two hours. Unable to take it anymore, I went to the receptionist to complain. The supervisor eventually came out to ease the situation, but unbelievably said that if I had plans with friends later, I should preferably postpone them by another hour and a half... The next day, HR called to ask about my previous employment status. I replied that I was already going to take a position elsewhere, and HR actually said, “How could you accept another company’s offer without waiting to hear back from us?” == In short, the entire experience—from being notified about the interview, to the interview itself, to the final phone call—was extremely unpleasant. They felt very traditional and acted as though they were superior to everyone else.
