三益制動科技股份有限公司
Pros

The job duties were not clearly explained during the interview; they only wanted someone to come to work, with additional tasks to be added later.

Cons

There is no future at the company. The salary is very low, and the year-end bonus is also minimal. It is not worth working there. The company is located in Taipei.

Pros

The benefits system is fairly good; lunch is provided, and there are performance evaluations.

Cons

The equipment is outdated, and the system is feudal, with military-style management. Everything has to be done rigidly and by the book. Employees must arrive 20 minutes early, do morning exercises, and only get 35 minutes of rest at noon. Attendance is also taken before work.

Pros

Large company

Cons

The company sends interview invitations indiscriminately without screening candidates, only stating during the interview that the applicant’s education and experience do not meet the company’s requirements! The interviewer’s remarks were also particularly harsh, repeatedly humiliating the candidate! In addition, the company requires applicants to complete a test containing some very strange questions, such as “How wide is the company’s main entrance?” and so on.

If you are hiring, please carefully review resumes first, then notify candidates who meet the company’s requirements. There is no need to waste other people’s valuable time or repeatedly discourage job seekers who are already struggling to find employment!
