Pros

1. The company’s security guards are very nice.

2. The company has dormitories and provides free meals, but every time I see the residents lining up to get their meals, it really annoys me.

3. Suitable for people seeking stable pay—so stable that it does not change even when you grow old and retire.

Cons

1. There are way too many petty personnel rules… (such as what time you are allowed to clock in, or what you can’t do, and what else you can’t do… etc.)

2. There is a very penny-pinching senior executive (he already holds the title of vice president, yet still takes advantage of employees over trivial matters. He is truly a narrow-minded person with limited perspective.)

3. The salary and benefits are beyond disappointing (minimum wage, a tiny year-end bonus, and a Mid-Autumn Festival gift allowance that is practically nonexistent).

4. The higher a person’s salary, the better they are at talking. Basically, their only work ability is their mouth; it is impossible to tell what actual work they do during their eight-hour workday.

5. I heard that management has a knack for finding oddballs, and the stranger and more stubborn a manager’s personality is, the more they like them. As it turns out, this is indeed true!

Pros

1. You leave work on time; basically, there is no overtime.

2. People who want to learn can come here to develop and learn thoroughly. Although you cannot specialize in everything, you can become capable in many areas.

This will be very useful when working in other related industries in the future.

Cons

1. The senior managers are all very selfish and lack empathy. They are unwilling to take responsibility or put in a good word for their subordinates.

They take all the credit, while mistakes are always someone else’s fault.

2. Managers make their promises sound very convincing and pleasant, but those nice words often end up changing in meaning.

3. Senior managers lack the ability to self-reflect and review their own performance.

4. Basically, there are no salary increases. Even when you finally receive the long-awaited raise, it is at most only 3%!

5. The compensation is already lower than that offered by other pharmaceutical companies, yet there are no other benefits either (e.g., bonuses).

6. Experience is not valued; only educational qualifications matter.

7. Employees are not treated as company assets or talent.

(It feels like the attitude is: if someone leaves, just hire someone else.)

The compensation is not high, yet employees are expected to put in 120% effort at work...... Having employees work with a 70% attitude is already pretty good.

Pros

The company provides dormitory rooms. It costs $100 per month for two people sharing and $600 per month for one person living alone.

Utilities and internet are included. The bathroom only has a squat toilet. Breakfast and dinner on workdays are included (subject to a spending limit).

If QC gets assigned to a favorable group, the work is very easy.

Cons

Some people inside the company smoke heavily, and it is hard to avoid them.

The salary is very low, the base salary is very low, the year-end bonus is very low, and there are no bonuses.

In general, there are no salary increases.

Production-line schedules are changed repeatedly, people in the warehouse always forget things when conducting sampling inspections, and the training is very poorly done.

If you want to learn anything, you have to ask questions and take notes yourself; otherwise, you will not learn much.

Talented people never stay for long.
