1. You leave work on time; basically, there is no overtime.
2. People who want to learn can come here to develop and learn thoroughly. Although you cannot specialize in everything, you can become capable in many areas.
This will be very useful when working in other related industries in the future.
1. The senior managers are all very selfish and lack empathy. They are unwilling to take responsibility or put in a good word for their subordinates.
They take all the credit, while mistakes are always someone else’s fault.
2. Managers make their promises sound very convincing and pleasant, but those nice words often end up changing in meaning.
3. Senior managers lack the ability to self-reflect and review their own performance.
4. Basically, there are no salary increases. Even when you finally receive the long-awaited raise, it is at most only 3%!
5. The compensation is already lower than that offered by other pharmaceutical companies, yet there are no other benefits either (e.g., bonuses).
6. Experience is not valued; only educational qualifications matter.
7. Employees are not treated as company assets or talent.
(It feels like the attitude is: if someone leaves, just hire someone else.)
The compensation is not high, yet employees are expected to put in 120% effort at work...... Having employees work with a 70% attitude is already pretty good.
