It took some time after the first interview to be notified about a second interview. At the beginning of the first interview, they also did not explain that there would be another interview. After the second interview, they said they would notify me of the result in seven days, but in the end, it took nearly a month to receive the notification.

Although I was not selected, the interviewee’s time is also valuable. I specifically took time off work to attend and ended up interviewing until the evening. I feel that delaying each other’s time in this way was not very appropriate.

The pay there is extremely low. It is the company that offered the lowest salary to someone with experience among all the companies I have interviewed with.

However, if you came from 雷爵, your salary is doubled immediately. If you did not come from 雷爵, you have to rely on private socializing and flattering your superiors to get that kind of pay. Of course, getting in through connections also means double the salary.

Or, if you have stayed in Japan, you can also get double the salary, even if you do not necessarily have the relevant education or experience!!

My honest advice:

Do not go there and waste your time. The pay is extremely low, and there is an enormous amount of work.

Most importantly! There is an uncultured old man there who constantly plagiarizes and secretly alters your work.

Even if you negotiate a satisfactory salary, after you join, your hard work will be secretly altered into something idiotic, and you will still be made to take the blame!

I applied for a translator position, but I don't know whether they aren't really looking to hire or are waiting for a superhero to apply.

After the interview, I was notified that I might be hired, but in the end they still said that there were too many applicants, so they would put me in the HR database and wait to notify me.

More than two months have passed, and the position is still posted.

Regarding the interview process, the skills test was quite short. The interviews with department employees, HR, and the supervisor were fairly long.

Overall, I felt that they showed a reasonable amount of respect for the interviewee.

However, I still hope they can give interviewees a clear answer sooner and avoid wasting too much of people's time.
