They inexplicably blacklist employees. After working hard on projects and finally being promoted to a managerial position, what happened? Did the company make a mistake by relying on us to sustain its projects?

The operations department supervisor has absolutely no leadership ability. They just dump things on the people below them, then stop caring and play their own video games. Don’t even expect them to help employees advocate for benefits.

I’m waiting to see how they fall apart later.
