The IT manager is very unprofessional and out of touch, even going so far as to say things like, “One person develops the system, and there are only 10 users.” The interview was full of provocative remarks. When asked about the job responsibilities, they couldn't even explain what problems needed to be solved. In the end, they said that your abilities did not match the position, wasting the interviewer's time.
Companies that simply copy their job descriptions like this are not worth considering. It's a second-rate company with a third-rate position.
Still thinking
Several times, I was notified that the position had an opening and that I could proceed to the next stage, but each time there was an interval of more than six months. So, are applicants expected to remain unemployed and keep waiting the whole time?
There were two interview rounds. After passing the first round, there was still a second round.
After passing the second-round interview, the salary approval process still had to be completed,
but the process took a very long time…
So long that, after receiving no news, I waited another week. When I inquired that Friday, I found out that the position had been temporarily closed…
So, all of the above was just a dream, right!
Apart from certain senior employees, most of the office staff are friendly. Overall, it is a company with fairly good employee benefits!
Its market share is too small, and there are often rumors of acquisitions in the market. The company places too much emphasis on sales; when making decisions, it almost always treats the sales department’s opinion as the company’s opinion, rather than considering the company as a whole.
This is the friendliest company I have worked for during my several years at multinational companies. The company culture, colleagues (whether within or across departments), and managers are all very open and friendly. The salary and benefits are also of a certain standard. I would be very happy to recommend it.
The decision-making process is often very lengthy and should be improved to increase efficiency.
Still thinking.
If you are kind-hearted, unable to engage in scheming against or framing others, not a relative of the emperor, or someone who clings to the powerful, please think twice before applying.
