I worked here in 2015 and have since left.

Today I checked my labor and health insurance records and discovered that this company never insured me at all!

I keep seeing their customer service job posting being reposted over and over... Are they collecting everyone's personal information? Question mark... I went to an interview, and it was a group interview:

1. Fill in basic information

2. An explanation of the job, benefits, holidays, etc.

3. Personality test

4. Typing test

5. Interview with three managers (I think), taking turns asking questions

I also don't know why I wasn't hired. I've seen that job posting being reposted repeatedly for half a year... What is going on????

Short working hours

Cons

This is a dispatched position at Cunyi Enterprise Co., Ltd., not a regular position at Black Cat. There is no so-called "a night-shift allowance of NT$42 per hour for working between 23:00 and 07:00."

Cons

One person does the work of many. When something goes wrong, the company doesn’t stand by its employees—it treats them as disposable utensils. It has no vision, no security, and no sense of responsibility. After reading this, are you still not looking for another job?

The downsides are as mentioned below: long working hours and pressure to meet performance targets. The main criterion for the year-end performance review is sales performance—how many gift boxes you sold. Under “normal circumstances,” the biggest advantage of this company is that it offers a lot of days off—on average, more than 10 days off per month. The salary is also pretty good, starting at over 38K; it’s higher in urban areas.

Full-time drivers cannot finish delivering all the goods by noon every day, yet two hours of break time are still deducted; they are forced to meet certain sales targets, otherwise the drivers have to pay out of pocket to buy the products; there are never enough staff, turnover is high, and it is a sweatshop.

Morning sorting staff are divided into part-time and outsourced employees. From 5 a.m. to 8 a.m., outsourced employees work three hours a day at an hourly wage of 135.

The current basic hourly wage is already 133, yet they are paid only 135. Part-time employees receive a morning allowance, bringing their hourly wage to at least 160 during the eligible hours.

They do the same work as outsourced employees—loading and organizing goods onto trucks—but their pay is different. Part-time employees also receive year-end bonuses, while outsourced employees receive nothing.

Although everything complies with the Labor Standards Act, why is there unequal pay for equal work?

A job that trades physical labor for money. The working hours agreed upon initially turned into overtime every day as soon as I started working.

The company’s treatment really does comply with the Labor Standards Act. It’s not particularly good as promised, but it’s not terrible either—somewhere in the middle.

The main-line supervisor is always pulling a sour face and demanding that motorcycle couriers work part-time. Hurry, hurry, hurry.

They said it would be 9 hours of work with 1 hour of rest, but in reality, you’re out delivering packages all day. When would you even have time to rest?

They simply deduct one hour directly from the 9-hour wage. Heh heh. (I guess this is an unspoken rule.)

During pre-employment training, they said that if something happened while on duty, the supervisor would immediately show concern and help. Just listen to it and forget it.

When something really did happen, the supervisor only paid lip service. Three days later, they asked, “So, is everything okay?” Needless to say, I was completely disheartened.

Part-time workers should find another job. It’s not worth it.

If you’re looking for a full-time driver position, the benefits and treatment are pretty good, but there is performance pressure, so please think carefully.

At Black Cat, SDs work almost 12-hour shifts nearly every day, and the company controls the number of overtime hours each month; any excess has to be absorbed by the employee.

Hourly-paid motorcycle and flatbed truck workers are both worked like full-time employees.

Morning-shift part-timers have to move 250–400 packages in 3–4 hours every day. If packages are placed in the wrong area, the SD will reprimand them, and if the work is not finished each day, they will also be scolded by the station manager…

All of the above positions can cause occupational injuries over time.

For example: joint pain and tendon inflammation in the lower back, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, and other areas.

Only consider doing this work if you really cannot find another job.
