Pros

1. Afternoon tea twice a week

2. Every Tuesday, depending on the number of interested participants, the company may invite an external yoga instructor to teach a class. The company also has badminton and cycling clubs that employees can join.

3. Birthday celebrations are held every quarter.

Cons

There are many complicated matters in the sales department. If you are assigned to the right person, you only have to deal with the miscellaneous tasks and pressure of the sales work; if you are assigned to the wrong person, you also have to put up with that person’s unpredictable temper.

Although they say that sales assistants work in partnership with sales staff, whenever a salesperson takes leave, the sales assistant has to cover for them. In the long run, the work is actually not much different from that of a salesperson, but the salary is different. It is a responsibility-based system, and many colleagues regularly leave at 11 p.m. or midnight. However, during interviews, all of this is brushed aside with, “Everyone has different abilities when it comes to handling sales work.”

As mentioned, if you are assigned to the right person, they are more willing to guide and teach you. If you are assigned to the wrong person, you are often scolded, told to figure everything out on your own, and nothing you do will satisfy them. They then dump all the work on you, and whenever you ask them anything, they say they don’t know.
