This page collects workplace experiences, questions and discussions submitted by users. Dates shown are submission dates, not periods of employment. Individual reports do not describe the entire company.
Read the community guidelinesTo put it nicely, it’s a lifestyle secretary position, but in reality it’s like managing residents (and it’s even busier than managing residents). The workplaces are always luxury apartment buildings. The work atmosphere varies from site to site. Larger sites have more staff, so you can help each other out. Sometimes residents treat you to food.
The benefits are basically nonexistent aside from labor and health insurance and a meager fixed salary. They also deduct the cost of the uniform, which is refunded after you complete the required period of service.
Be careful when applying to this company. I applied through 104 for the chief administrator position in Neihu District, Taipei, and had already received an interview notification from the company. However, the night before the interview, a female director in Taipei called to say that the position had already been filled. I was completely stunned. Do they look down on applicants? This company has no integrity—everyone should be careful.

Helped me find a better job🥹
For no apparent reason, after the supervisor interviewed me, she asked me to come in for a trial the next day. The next day, she called to say that an employee’s annual leave had caused the schedule to change and asked what other times I could make it. Then she never responded. She called again and said she would confirm the time with me later, and even asked me to make sure to stay in contact with her through next week. In the end, I never received any notification. When I called and contacted her through 104, she simply didn’t answer or reply. Don’t you have even basic courtesy? You were the one who asked me first. You really have a lot of respect for people, don’t you? Later, I looked into it and found that your company has a lot of legal issues. Luckily, I didn’t go…
The colleagues are all very kind, but thinking about it carefully, that’s because the boss and supervisors have such bad tempers. Those who can accept it are all very tolerant of being berated; those who couldn’t take it had already left.
There are many relatives and favorites of the powerful, so everyone should be careful.
The boss and the boss’s wife have extremely problematic tempers. It is recommended not to take an internal office position at the headquarters, as they cannot retain employees.
The work environment is mainly luxury residential buildings, with a simple and uncomplicated atmosphere. The duties are fairly easy, including assisting residents, reporting and arranging repairs for issues in the community, accompanying VIPs on property tours, and providing tea and refreshments, among other tasks. It could be described as good pay for little work.
There are few opportunities for promotion, and the workplace culture differs from one community to another. Other than labor and health insurance, there are no holiday bonuses or year-end bonuses, and overtime pay is also difficult to claim.
