The work environment is mainly luxury residential buildings, with a simple and uncomplicated atmosphere. The duties are fairly easy, including assisting residents, reporting and arranging repairs for issues in the community, accompanying VIPs on property tours, and providing tea and refreshments, among other tasks. It could be described as good pay for little work.
There are few opportunities for promotion, and the workplace culture differs from one community to another. Other than labor and health insurance, there are no holiday bonuses or year-end bonuses, and overtime pay is also difficult to claim.
