No holiday bonuses or year-end bonus; the spring banquet has always just been a trip to a KTV
The so-called bonuses do not have a fixed percentage; everything is decided by management
You are often assigned tasks at the last minute, which leads to endless overtime
There is only one client and no sales department, so you can only follow the company’s lead in
fulfilling all kinds of unreasonable customer demands

Overall impression of the job: “Troubled from within and beset by external problems”
The managers and colleagues are good, the atmosphere is harmonious, and there is a relatively high degree of freedom. As long as the work meets expectations, that is sufficient; many things are open to discussion. There is also paid sick leave that does not deduct from your salary and free dinner.
There is no year-end bonus, no bonuses for the three major traditional holidays, and no annual leave. Promotion opportunities are poor, and it is not possible to transfer to learn new skills. The work is standardized and repetitive, with many trivial tasks and little change. The company has only one client. Overall, staying too long will reduce your competitiveness in the workplace. It is suitable for mothers returning to the workforce, university or graduate students working part-time, and recent graduates looking to build up experience. After all, the only client is a major international customer, so it should add some value to your résumé.
There are no quarterly or year-end bonuses; each year, the company only goes to a spring banquet to sing karaoke. For business trips on holidays, the allowance is only approximately NT$1,000 per day. Aside from that, overall, the company offers a high degree of freedom, the clients are straightforward, and the work involves exposure to quite a few things. However, in practice, it may require a high level of technical understanding but involve limited practical application. The development of new business is very slow, with the focus on meeting the needs of key clients. Colleagues generally get along quite harmoniously.
