There are no quarterly or year-end bonuses; each year, the company only goes to a spring banquet to sing karaoke. For business trips on holidays, the allowance is only approximately NT$1,000 per day. Aside from that, overall, the company offers a high degree of freedom, the clients are straightforward, and the work involves exposure to quite a few things. However, in practice, it may require a high level of technical understanding but involve limited practical application. The development of new business is very slow, with the focus on meeting the needs of key clients. Colleagues generally get along quite harmoniously.
