Read the community guidelines[The role was sales] When I joined in 2018, the compensation and bonuses were fairly good, and there was training.
Stationery and fuel expenses were self-funded. Later on, the bonus was changed so that you had to reach a threshold to receive it. When COVID-19 hit, instead of offering a little more pay, everyone was asked to take unpaid leave. It is unclear what happened after the pandemic.
I won't mention the supervisor's personal factors... Overall, it was pretty good.
Let me think.
1. Only one pack of toilet paper is provided per month (there is no toilet paper in the restroom).
Once it runs out, you have to wait until the following month or bring your own.
2. They refuse to turn on the air conditioning or open the windows > it gets so stuffy that there is almost no oxygen, causing heart palpitations and headaches (very scary!!)
3. New employees have to pay NT$600 for the spring banquet and cannot participate in the raffle; there is no year-end bonus (anyone who has joined within the past six months is considered a new employee).
4. No bonus system whatsoever
