Read the community guidelinesThe job described in the interview differs from the actual work. If the work crew does not work overtime to handle administrative tasks, there is no overtime pay. You supervise the crew's work during the day, then handle the administrative tasks after the crew finishes for the day. Would you take a job with this kind of excessive overtime?
On top of that, one person is made to do the work of three.
They do not comply with the Labor Standards Act and constantly use the probationary period as an excuse to exploit employees. They threaten to fire you even when no contract has been signed. Absolutely terrible—the hourly rate works out to be worse than that of a general laborer. If you are the kind of person who enjoys being worked to the bone, go ahead and apply!
If you do not want to waste your time, do not apply.
The interviewer explained things very clearly. It was very challenging. I wonder if I will be hired.

They paint an overly rosy picture during interviews, but things are different once you join. When overtime is required, they ask employees to take compensatory leave, and the supervisor's attitude is terrible with extremely poor emotional intelligence. They criticize people as if they are completely worthless, while the boss only says things like “the customer is king,” despite not even knowing what the onsite staff are doing. As for the quality of the engineering... you need to choose carefully when deciding whether to work with them. When you are about to resign, they will also verbally attack you, and the turnover rate is incredibly high. In short, it is simply awful.
The staff turnover rate is very high, so it’s not difficult to get in.
The boss’s motto: Provide services that satisfy customers in the shortest time and at the lowest cost.
Time and cost come first; there is no mention of things like “quality” or “harmony.”
So....
The interview manager was terrible, criticizing me as if I were worthless. The kicker is that they were actually looking for someone from a different field. I told the interviewer right at the beginning that I didn’t have relevant experience, but they still asked all kinds of deliberately difficult questions?! It was absolutely shocking.
The company is basically just a home, telling you about its vision and making it feel like they’re painting an overly rosy picture.
