I worked at the branch company Danbao Biotechnology’s Immortal Village.
1. You can take on impossible tasks.
2. You can experience the lowest point of life, with all its ups and downs.
3. You can see the true face of what is supposedly a family business.
I worked at the branch company Danbao Biotechnology’s Immortal Village.
1. They only paint grandiose pictures, offering a salary of NT$25,000 for a taxi-calling business position, with virtually no bonuses. They let you see the benefits without ever being able to enjoy them.
2. There are a bunch of supervisors constantly ordering you around and treating you like a dog.
3. There is no overtime pay, and you leave work two hours late every day.
4. They exploit you and even smugly say, “How could making money be that easy for Hakka people?”
5. They also ask you to sign a dismissal clause that does not comply with the Labor Standards Act; if they are unhappy with you, they tell you to leave (not applicable to formal termination).
6. They also ask you to work on holidays without overtime pay or any compensation. You are really just working for your own health and helping out for free.
None
1. The supervisor has no experience and is simply someone with a serious case of big-head syndrome,
2. At the beginning of the interview, they use various incentive bonuses to lure people into joining. After starting the actual job, the performance from customers you developed according to the company’s rules may not necessarily be counted as your own; it depends on whether the supervisor with big-head syndrome decides to count it as yours. If the supervisor says it doesn’t count, then it doesn’t count.
3. The chances of receiving the bonuses mentioned in the interview are effectively zero, because the supervisor and the company will find all kinds of reasons to pocket the bonuses—in other words, they simply won’t pay them.
4. Four-letter curses can be heard throughout the entire workplace. Delivery drivers can use all kinds of ways to ruin customers you worked so hard to develop; it all depends on the driver’s character.
5. Everyone throughout the workplace, from top to bottom, is falsifying accounts.
6. There are also many outrageous situations that you only find out about after joining. They truly cannot be described in words.
Therefore, I sincerely advise anyone considering working at Chin I Egg Products to think very carefully!!!!
The headquarters in Taoyuan is located in the Arts and Cultural District.
That's all.
The interviewer, Auntie Liu Ying-Ling, had a terrible attitude! She acted so self-important that asking her a question seemed like asking for her birth date.
I don't know what she was getting so worked up about.
She had a contemptuous look on her face. I endured over an hour of awkwardness, smiling until my face became stiff from start to finish (although I was wearing a mask).
I tried to face you with the utmost professionalism and a smile, but all I got in return was Auntie Liu's arrogant attitude. Before the interview had even started, you threw my résumé down. I don't know whether you were in a bad mood that day, but did you really need to take it out on a newcomer who came to your company for an interview full of anticipation? During the interview, you were the only one allowed to talk. When I asked a question, you said, “Can you let me finish speaking? Don't keep interrupting!” (in a fierce tone). Yet when it was time for the interviewee to introduce themselves, you seemed absent-minded and kept looking outside. It felt like you were exchanging some kind of signal with the people outside. When I asked why there was a statement on the résumé that I had to sign, you said, “Every company requires a signature. You don't need to read it—just sign it!”
I will absolutely never buy the eggs from this “Chinyi Egg Products Technology Co., Ltd.” Your company has tons of negative reviews online, forces employees to buy products that are about to expire, exploits employees, and delays salary payments. A lousy company like this should be shut down!!!
Danbao Biotechnology's Ageless Village is a tourist factory that your company uses for image-building. You only put on these image-building stunts because you have no good image in the first place. It's utterly awful!!!
There are no advantages.
There is so much work that it is rare to leave on time.
You often have to work overtime, but you will not be paid overtime.
Working overtime until 7, 8, 9, or 10 p.m. is completely normal.
Those in charge are extremely emotional and like to teach, but do not actually teach.
Long-term employees are extremely cold toward new employees, and some have very poor attitudes.
On holidays, employees need to take turns staying on duty and working overtime in exchange for time off.
When traveling elsewhere for work, working overtime until 7 or 8 p.m. is the same—there is still no overtime pay.
There are too many disadvantages to list them all.
The only tiny bit of happiness is that the company plays a radio station during work hours.
An illegal company
1. Forces employees to work overtime without paying overtime wages; they can only take compensatory leave. However, compensatory leave can be exchanged only on specific dates, and the rule states that employees must work past 8:30 p.m. before they are allowed to apply for compensatory leave hours. The compensatory leave must be used by the end of the following month; otherwise, it can only be forfeited.
2. Forces all office employees to work overtime on the first day of every month, regardless of whether it is a workday or a holiday. Those who do not work overtime are punished, fined, or given a poor performance evaluation.
3. Office employees are forced to take turns working an entire day every Saturday. There is no overtime pay; they are forced to exchange the hours for compensatory leave. The worst part is that they go in only to answer the phone (the company already uses an answering machine, so why do they need someone on duty?), and, most importantly, to run errands for the boss, such as buying boxed lunches, etc.
4. The company significantly underreports all employees’ labor and health insurance wages. When employees request that the wages be reported legally, the company actually tells them to bear the entire difference themselves.
5. The money from the employee welfare committee should be enjoyed by all employees, but only managers and above are eligible for company trips; ordinary employees get no trips at all. The company also makes it sound nice by saying that each department can apply for a monthly meal allowance of 600 per person, but the boss first intimidates everyone by saying, “Anyone who dares to apply should just try it.” Absolutely atrocious.
6. None of the company’s rules comply with the Labor Standards Act. Pregnant employees are not even allowed to take legally mandated leave. Supervisors are privately instructed to tell them to resign voluntarily. If they refuse to resign, the company then refuses to provide the salary and labor-insurance-related benefits they are entitled to for prenatal examination leave, maternity leave, and parental leave. Absolutely atrocious.
7. There is too much to say—it’s impossible to finish...
The company has a very high turnover rate
Two people left within four days of starting
The boss comes out from time to time to check what you’re doing
Almost half of the seats in the office are vacant
Because people haven’t stayed for very long
It’s not possible to comment on much
But if you like sitting in an office all day using a computer
This job should suit you well
The supervisor has meetings almost every day
And each one lasts the entire day
So working overtime after hours to handle things is normal
