Read the community guidelinesI can't discern any particular advantages.
The tone and attitude when speaking feel very poor... The working hours are too long, making it extremely stressful—so stressful that I frequently suffer from insomnia.
Old company, not many advantages
The interview made me feel that there were many vague areas. After observing the environment, it seemed acceptable, but as for the people... their tone and attitude when speaking felt very poor...
I can't feel any particular advantages.
The impression during the interview seemed okay, but after starting work, there was hardly any handover, and overtime was frequent, sometimes even exceeding the scheduled hours.
You have to ask for everything you need; if you aren't comforted, so be it, and people will even talk behind your back.
Absolutely no advantages...
There are many disadvantages
1. Not a single thing the supervisor says is honest—it's all bluffing, deception, and so on.
2. Coworkers shirk responsibility when handling tasks.
3. Matters are handled with absolutely no fairness.
4. Annual performance reviews are completely unfair and unjust. Those who do the work always receive the lowest scores, while those who do nothing always receive the highest scores.
5. Bonuses are also completely unfair and unjust. Those who do the work receive the least, while those who merely participate in discussions receive the most.
6. When supervisors and colleagues make mistakes, they will never admit fault; it is always someone else's fault. They will also bully people who actually do the work.
7. Those who can get things done are worked to death, while colleagues and supervisors who only talk know nothing but how to hurt others with their words.
I could go on and on... If you are thinking of applying, think it through carefully—especially for the Information Department. The other departments are more or less the same................
The company reception staff and HR were quite nice.
1. The interview waiting time was a bit long
2. The position is a newly created role that requires handling design.
No advantages
The team leader is an idiot, and the pay is extremely low. Coworkers are fucking annoying.
University graduates earn less than high school graduates.
If you know how to slack off, the work is super easy; if you don't, you'll be exhausted.
I hope nobody comes.
I heard from HR that the company takes good care of its employees.
The salary is quite low.
