Pros

The following is an interview experience with Jiyin Fashion International Co., Ltd.

These two are owned by the same person.

However, the company Jiyin doesn’t appear on Tianyancha, and it isn’t possible to add it manually either,

so I’m writing it here.

Cons

Unbelievably fast.

They only asked about your zodiac sign, blood type, and the position you applied for.

Then the interviewing boss read through the benefits listed on the website once,

and the interview was over...

It probably didn’t even last ten minutes.

They didn’t even look at my portfolio.

She said they were in a great hurry and desperately needed people,

but it didn’t feel like they were looking for employees—it felt like they were looking for disposable chopsticks.

There were five or six other people outside interviewing for the same position as me, and it seemed like they had all been scheduled for the same time.

Waiting there was incredibly awkward~~

They also interrupt you while you’re speaking.

You only need to prepare about two sentences for your self-introduction,

because she had no intention of listening to a third sentence.

She said the salary during the probationary period was fixed at 32K.

After the probationary period, they would raise it to the expected salary.

If it were put in writing, it might be pretty good!

One more thing:

From when I saw this position on the website to when I went for the interview, it has remained posted for about two months now.

Pros

None

Cons

They use an administrative staff job posting to trick people into attending an interview.

In reality, the job requires going out to conduct market research.

They even pointed directly at my nose and said: “The only thing you can do now is market research!”

What’s more, we had arranged an interview, but the boss was not at the company and had gone to a dinner gathering.

They took me to the gathering venue, spoke to me for only five minutes, and then went back to eat.

They showed no respect for people at all.

Pros

The office has been renovated and looks fairly new.

Cons

The company I originally interviewed with was Jiyin Fashion International Co., Ltd., but when I actually arrived, I discovered that it was Blue Ocean New Channel (although I had already noticed that they had the same owner). Still, I felt deceived. Also, the interview was very rushed and lasted only a little over 15 minutes. Does this company really select suitable candidates? Could the turnover rate be very high?

The office looks beautiful, but it’s really just a bunch of expensive things placed together. The quality feels very low.

Cons

Very few people

Interviewed with someone who was not a manager

Poor office atmosphere

Pros

The decor is nice, and the office feels comfortable overall.

Cons

Applied for a marketing planner position

The company's business mainly involves marketing for medical aesthetics companies.

When I asked what kind of work I would be doing after joining the company,

the manager replied that the company provides an open space for discussion, and that any ideas could be brought forward for evaluation and possible implementation.

However, they never actually explained what the specific job responsibilities would be, leaving me unable to understand the company from the interview through its conclusion.

On the day of the interview, I saw a list at the reception desk that appeared to show around 10 people who had already been interviewed, each with a scheduled interview time. This suggested that they strictly controlled the length of interview conversations, and by the time it was my turn, the two interviewers already appeared somewhat fatigued.

Pros

Beautiful decor

Cons

1. The company website is very basic.

2. They refuse to clearly explain the job responsibilities and the brands served, and they did not introduce the company or its policies.

3. There are very few people in the office, raising questions about whether the company is operating normally.

Pros

The entire interview process was awful. The only positive, I suppose, is that the company really does have pretty nice decor (sigh).

Cons

There was a huge difference in the interviewer's attitude toward candidates. For the same position, the previous candidate's interview took about 20 minutes, and the interviewer repeatedly praised her loudly, saying she had a great appearance and a sweet smile, and that they liked her very much.

When it was my turn, there wasn't even a single smile. The interview was extremely perfunctory and lasted only five minutes in total. Here is how it went:

Interviewer: What's your zodiac sign? (frowning)

Me: Virgo. I'm a Type A Virgo. Also, since I have relevant experience, I believe I can quickly get up to speed and do the administrative work well. (smiling)

Interviewer: Oh. Why did you leave your previous job? (pursing their lips)

Me: My previous job was in planning. Although it was lively and interesting and I learned a lot from it, I realized that I still prefer administrative work. In addition... (before I could finish)

Interviewer: (interrupting me with an impatient, furrowed-brow expression) This position does not have weekends or public holidays off. We don't follow the national holiday schedule because we need to answer clients' calls at any time. Is that okay with you?

Me: Oh, yes, that's fine. But regarding... (interrupted again before I could finish)

Interviewer: Okay, that's it, then. We'll let you know. (Immediately turned around and walked away)

This was by far the shortest and most infuriating interview I have ever had. If you feel I'm not a good fit, you could simply eliminate me from consideration and not invite me to interview, or tell me directly that you have already found a suitable candidate / that I'm not suitable for the position.

With such a huge difference in treatment, we didn't discuss anything at all. It was a complete waste of my time and transportation costs, and it left me in a bad mood.
