Read the community guidelinesThe office environment is good and looks comfortable.
The female interviewer seemed very hurried and impatient. After hurriedly introducing the company, she seemed eager to leave, giving the impression that she was not very interested in conducting the interview. Although it is understandable that if she had an urgent matter to handle, she might not have been able to focus on the interview, I still hope that female interviewers can respect interviewees. After all, I took the time to attend the interview in person. If you do not have time, please do not casually invite people to interviews and waste their time!
The office is very comfortable and upscale.
The interviewer was quite friendly.
They had reviewed the relevant portfolio beforehand, so I felt respected.
They listened carefully and then asked some precise questions.
It was a pleasant interview experience.
The interview process has quite a few stages, so you may need to wait for a relatively long time.
However, this is also to find the right candidate, so it doesn't really count as a drawback.
The interview process gives you a good understanding of the company and its situation.
They are not very good at notifying candidates. Even if you are not selected, they will not tell you and will simply close the job posting. Quite rude.
