Pros
The office is very comfortable and upscale.
The interviewer was quite friendly.
They had reviewed the relevant portfolio beforehand, so I felt respected.
They listened carefully and then asked some precise questions.
It was a pleasant interview experience.
Cons
The interview process has quite a few stages, so you may need to wait for a relatively long time.
However, this is also to find the right candidate, so it doesn't really count as a drawback.
