Read the community guidelinesThe boss owns many companies—Shengxu / Xuyuan / Xuyu / Jianghua Global—all of them require caution.
There are many restrooms; otherwise, there is hardly anything worthwhile about staying.
An extremely lousy company, with an awful atmosphere. The people there may not even know how to talk; they communicate by yelling~ Their tone is very aggressive. Even when nothing is going on, they make a big production out of it, making you wonder who they are performing for. The turnover is extremely high; many employees with 3–5+ years of tenure have all left. Anyone who still joins is really foolish.
The disparity in treatment between men and women there is very serious. They often ask female employees to do miscellaneous chores, such as ordering drinks and handling trash and other trivial tasks. When they want male colleagues or newcomers to help, senior male colleagues will even defend them. It makes me really want to report them directly under the Gender Equality in Employment Act.
The colleagues are fairly easy to get along with; almost all of them are willing to help, and they will answer any questions.
The entire company is under too much pressure.
The boss pressures the middle managers, and the managers pressure the employees.
This means that employees at the lowest level need to have very strong stress tolerance.
Basically, you have to work extremely quickly to keep going. Also, even if your colleagues think your abilities are fine, if your supervisor thinks you are not good enough, then you are not good enough.
The company requires everyone to leave work on time, even when the workload is heavy, so operational speed is crucial. The rush to finish work is almost pathological.
Moreover, because it is a fabric-trading company, there are various SOPs that must be memorized clearly. If you cannot develop extremely fast working speed within three months, you can easily become a target for scrutiny.

I agree that the engineering department frequently works overtime, yet there is no overtime pay throughout the entire year. I have worked here for so long, yet I am still paid so little. We have to work Monday through Saturday, and every workday is more than eight hours. The company does not comply with the Labor Standards Act.
The engineering department routinely works long overtime hours without overtime pay. Annual leave must be scheduled in advance at the beginning of the year, and labor laws are not followed.
