The supervisor is terrible

Extremely poor
The benefits are basically very ordinary.
The supervisor of one group is very poor. She likes abusing her privileges, specifically choosing capable people to do work for her, while trying to get people she considers less useful transferred to other groups. She takes credit, shifts blame, and behaves as she pleases, relying on the fact that the group leader is on her side. She is self-righteous. The supervisors of the other groups cannot and would not behave this way.
The production department manager is terrible, and the working environment is very poor. For operators and team leaders, the workload only keeps increasing, while the pay does not. They demand higher output all day and keep pushing production up. Almost everyone has left, so one person has to do the work of several people while rushing to meet production targets. There is also a pile of pointless, troublesome tasks, and we often have to provide support for foreign workers. The people who are pitifully overworked here are always the frontline employees.
The benefits are average; lunch boxes are provided (but the dishes are sometimes really strange...).
The managers are extremely poor, especially the managers parachuted in from the production department—they have absolutely no technical ability. Don’t even expect capable people to get promoted here, because there is too much pointless, dysfunctional work. When any manager tells you to do something, you do it, regardless of what you are currently busy with. If the workload is excessive, it is all blamed on your own lack of ability. The overtime is endless, so don’t even think about doing your work well—you barely have time to deal with your superiors.
A simple process issue becomes a stage for the managers to show off. To be honest, without these managers, Amler would have turned from losses to profits long ago. All day, they only waste company resources on unnecessary experiments, then start talking at length about their supposedly impressive past experiences. In practical terms, they provide absolutely no help.
Want to join Amler? If you don’t need the money and enjoy wasting your time, go ahead.
They are very short-staffed
They are willing to offer good pay
1. The factory on Fenliao Road is a complete mess
2. The process supervisor handles things very chaotically while also serving as the quality assurance supervisor (like a police officer who is also a thief); there is basically no system
3. No one trains engineers in this position; you are left to fend for yourself
4. The office and cafeteria environments are extremely dirty and disorganized
5. They turn simple things into complicated ones; tasks/meetings… are endless!
HR was very polite
The interviewer was unclear about the responsibilities of the position being interviewed for and unable to explain the scope of the work, while also displaying an air of official arrogance and showing no respect for the interviewee at all
Some people are nice
There is a very experienced veteran in heat treatment. When teaching you, he seems like a very nice person,
but he is very good at gossiping behind people's backs. He should be two-faced.
The supervisor is nice and cares a lot about new employees.
It's just that Brother Li seems to deliberately say bad things about people in front of the supervisor.
I've heard that he has gotten several people he disliked pushed out.

I had to wait 20 minutes during the interview, which left a very bad impression... The receptionist's attitude wasn't very good either.
