That female manager was extremely disrespectful. While I was introducing myself during the interview, she kept glancing at the glass wall outside and clearly wasn't listening seriously to what I was saying. The worst part was that she even interrupted my self-introduction, saying she had to go outside to talk to a colleague. I had to start over after she came back. As soon as I finished, she told me she wouldn't hire me. I was speechless. Maybe you should have a serious conversation with your HR department and ask them to select the people you want instead of wasting everyone's time. Absolutely ridiculous.

The HR representative does not seem very professional. She repeats questions about things that have already been discussed. Although she appears to listen to you very attentively, it feels as if she has not absorbed anything you said. What she asks about are major points, not minor details, which was genuinely a little speechless.
