Pros
Flexible working hours; most employees are around 30 years old. The overall atmosphere is quite good, and the organization is flat. The company provides a vending machine where employees can purchase drinks at prices lower than those on the market.
Cons
You need to support the work of other departments.
It was originally thought to be temporary support, but it later became routine (the department being supported already has a part-time worker).
