It used to be that arriving after 1:00 was considered being late, which should have been an advantage, but it also caused people who were supposed to arrive early to show up very late. They even blamed employees who arrived at the company on time for leaving too early. Since everyone works eight hours, arriving late naturally means leaving late, but making it look as though they are working overtime diligently really makes people feel that there is something wrong with this system.
There are many areas for improvement. The most criticized issue is that management handles matters in a very hasty and unfair manner, and even lies to deceive the boss. It is truly disgraceful.
They frequently leave important segments until very late to finish, then call people in the middle of the night to rush the image retouching, giving us absolutely no time to rest. Then, after management comes around to inspect in the morning, they complain that we spend all our working hours dozing off.
