兔將創意影業股份有限公司
Pros

1. Colleagues get along well because everyone works overtime until the middle of the night, has their three holiday bonuses deducted in full, and gets ostracized by supervisors for leaving work on time. Colleagues support one another privately.

2. The latest you need to arrive at the company is 1 p.m., so there is no point in arriving early. Things are dragged out until very late anyway. *Every day*, you wait four or five hours or more for meetings to start because you cannot find anyone, so everything gets dragged out until midnight. There is no efficiency at all. When a meeting finally starts at midnight, they either scold us for doing a poor job or hastily look at the footage because there are too many projects to handle. When they do show up, their attitude is always bad, urging us to start the meeting quickly, but they do not realize that everyone has already been waiting for them for four or five hours. Who exactly should be hurrying up?

3. The boss is away from the company for long periods and does not understand the actual internal situation, learning about it only through hearsay. They let junior managers manage however they want. From top to bottom, the company is steeped in unhealthy attitudes: anyone who stays at the company until late is considered very hardworking. What exactly is the definition of hardworking?
