Pros

The work is great

You don’t have to visit clients; you can just sit there all day while people bring in the sales for you

An excellent company with zero flaws

Cons

Maybe because the company is still growing,

everyone is working hard in all areas

It would just be even better if some field salespeople or salespeople representing other companies’ products were also willing to work hard together

Cons

They still offer very low salaries to students from their own master's program, and say that employees may frequently need to work overtime on holidays to provide support.

It appears that overtime is the norm.

Cons

This company is looking for obedient servants, not talented professionals.

They expect someone to design the architecture, improve the development process, and introduce testing methods, while requiring more than two hours of overtime every day.

Yet they offer a monthly salary of 36K, which is frankly an insult to professional expertise.

The interviewer seemed to know a lot about software engineering, but the actual development process was a complete mess. It was also very clear that they were not very familiar with DevOps or testing methodologies.

At first, I thought your EJB system was implemented in-house, but it turned out you were using an off-the-shelf J2EE server after all. That alone showed that you were evaluating other people's technology without really understanding it.

And for an experienced engineer, how long would it take to learn everything from scratch and become proficient?

The fact that you can offer this salary is simply outrageous.
