The work is very busy. This position serves as a central hub and requires coordination with all departments. The main responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing shipments; registering received goods and creating work orders for the production line; informing engineers when goods need to be shipped and whether inspection reports are required; contacting logistics companies or coordinating with contracted drivers to arrange shipments; preparing customs declaration documents; ordering boxed lunches for engineers; preparing weekly/monthly financial reports; preparing and sending quotations; handling customer complaints and email correspondence; and more.
Therefore, the workload is heavy and the job is very busy. Someone who can get up to speed quickly and has relevant experience is urgently needed. The role also involves ordering boxed lunches for company personnel, finding lunch vendors, and collecting payment, so candidates without sales assistant experience or semiconductor industry experience may find the job more challenging.
