Pros

If you ask me to name some advantages, I really can't think of anything.

If I had to name one, it would be that you can listen to music in the office.

Cons

It's really, really awful.

If possible, you really shouldn't go in with the mindset that you can give it a try and learn some experience.

No matter what position it is, there really isn't anything for you to learn.

The company's entire system is also very disorganized; matters are handled directly by the chairman and the manager.

Even the two of them don't properly discuss the things they should.

Pros

1. Harmonious relationships among colleagues

2. The office space rented by the company has good facilities and also offers meal-ordering services

Cons

An extremely terrible company!!

1. No systems or procedures

Officially, all company decisions are communicated by the chairman, after which the heads of each department assign the work. However, the general manager—the owner's wife—can also intervene and make changes. There is no consistent direction for carrying out Plan A: changes are made verbally, and you are told to try Plan B. If it does not work out, you may be asked to switch back to Plan A or implement an entirely new Plan C.

2. No benefits

Do not join this company thinking you will give it a try or stay until you receive your year-end bonus. This awful company has none of the benefits you might expect. There is no birthday cash gift, only a birthday present (possibly three lousy bags meant to fob you off).

There are no cash gifts for the three major festivals, only festival gifts. The factory department makes cakes or panna cotta (possibly adding gelatin powder, milk-cap powder, or other additives to clear out inventory). Be aware that O'Stone only sells beverages and is not good at making cakes or panna cotta.

There are no year-end bonuses, year-end parties, spring banquets, or group meals.

The company's income is unstable, and even when there is income, it is not put into employee benefits.

3. No protection

The company arbitrarily downsizes and deliberately makes things difficult for employees. It frequently threatens to sue people (including former employees). Interviews and desk phones are recorded. The person interviewing you will steer the conversation toward a sense of trust so that you lower your guard and speak freely.

Forced leave: you are required to use your own annual leave.

4. No trust in employees

You will be asked to sign every document for everything. Even when mistakes are made, responsibility will be completely pushed onto you, and you will be held fully accountable.

5. Terrible emotional management

When the general manager is in a bad mood, she roars at everyone and speaks with a questioning attitude. When she is happy, she also speaks very loudly and laughs loudly. Even if you are not in the same office, you can hear her roaring and loud laughter from far away throughout the office—practically disturbing the entire neighborhood.

She also thinks she can do everything and expects everyone to follow her example and work themselves to death. She shows no consideration for employees and only expects employees to think about the company's profits.

5. Extremely high turnover

Whether in the stores or the head office, someone leaves every month. The work of departed employees is assigned to other colleagues who remain, who must take on multiple roles without any increase in pay. Most people, once they discover how chaotic the internal operations are, choose to change jobs.

7. If she thinks you are unsuitable, she will continually make things difficult for you, tell you not to come to work, and demand that you resign voluntarily. After you leave, she will continue to make trouble for former employees.

8. The company proudly tells partner businesses that a normal beverage shop needs four employees, but O'Stone only needs two, effectively reducing labor costs. It also increases employees' working hours, which can increase the company's profits.

In addition, one store manager is responsible for multiple stores and numerous related tasks, without any additional pay.

How can anyone not apply to this devilish company for a superhuman?

And the note even says that you must devote yourself entirely to O'Stone without considering your own interests.

Pros

Bravely leaving work on time.

Cons

The benefits package has been steadily shrinking. The birthday gift went from a single Vieshow movie ticket to a slice of cake. The gifts for the three major festivals never come as cash; they are all company-produced gift boxes, which feels like the company is clearing out its inventory.

On the last working day before Lunar New Year, employees apparently still had to plead with the boss to pay salaries early. The security team replied that the company had no policy of paying salaries early, then added sarcastically that if people normally did not save money, they had no one to blame but themselves. The whole New Year mood was brought down to rock bottom.

The company cannot offer good待遇, nor can it foster a positive work atmosphere for employees. Employee turnover remains extremely high, with people leaving every month. Watching employees come and go makes it difficult to see a trustworthy future or a sense of belonging here.

Pros

The headquarters colleagues have good relationships with one another. Other than that, there really are no other advantages.

Cons

1. Red Guard system: If you make a mistake, you are immediately given a demerit. One colleague in a certain department merely had a discrepancy in some data and received a demerit, as well as a week of interviews. Another colleague was pressured to produce data by a certain deadline; otherwise, they would receive one demerit every day.

2. No benefits: Arrive one minute late and your perfect-attendance bonus is immediately deducted. Overtime must be requested in advance, and you can only apply for compensatory leave; each request for compensatory leave must be for four hours. If you do not want to pay visa fees yourself, you have to sign a term-of-employment guarantee. The company pays for external training, but you also have to sign a guarantee.

3. Constantly changing decisions: The company has no middle managers, so everything, big or small, has to be approved by the general manager. The chairperson and general manager often disagree and do not communicate at all, leaving subordinates unsure whose instructions to follow. The general manager likes to test people, so she asks about all kinds of matters during meetings. Even if you have only been employed for one day, she thinks you should know everything.

4. Disrespectful treatment: When she is in a bad mood, the general manager treats subordinates harshly and scolds them. As a result, there have been instances where entire departments resigned, yet she felt it made no difference and even mentioned it herself as an accomplishment???!!

The environment is becoming increasingly dangerous (there is human-shaped surveillance). I recommend not joining and becoming someone they toy with.

Pros

Colleagues get along well with one another.

Cons

The turnover rate is high; almost every month, someone leaves, while new employees are constantly joining. There have even been cases where someone became the most senior employee in the department after only two or three months on the job.

The high turnover rate leads to many unclear and miscellaneous tasks during handovers between new and existing employees. The person taking over the work often ends up dealing with things that “nobody knows about.”

Pros

Nice decor (very hot in summer, very cold in winter), high floor (you have to queue for the elevator every day to get to work—it feels like every day is an anniversary sale), that's it.

Cons

The turnover rate is frighteningly high; fewer than five people at headquarters have stayed for more than a year. Communication between departments is seriously problematic, and decisions change from one day to the next to an absurd degree. There are no systems, no year-end bonus, no bonuses for the three major holidays (only gifts????), no employee trips, no year-end party, and no spring dinner. Being one minute late once a month means your perfect-attendance bonus is forfeited. They speak to employees quite rudely, like a private-school drill instructor reprimanding students. Employees like to push responsibilities onto others (especially one department in a remote area). If hell has 18 levels, this place is the 19th—welcome to the experience.

Pros

The colleagues and supervisors are all very nice.

Cons

1. Being one minute late results in losing the full attendance bonus, but the company is on the top floor, parking spaces downstairs are hard to find, and the elevators are slow and crowded. The queue can extend all the way to the street.

2. Low salary
