1. Harmonious relationships among colleagues
2. The office space rented by the company has good facilities and also offers meal-ordering services
An extremely terrible company!!
1. No systems or procedures
Officially, all company decisions are communicated by the chairman, after which the heads of each department assign the work. However, the general manager—the owner's wife—can also intervene and make changes. There is no consistent direction for carrying out Plan A: changes are made verbally, and you are told to try Plan B. If it does not work out, you may be asked to switch back to Plan A or implement an entirely new Plan C.
2. No benefits
Do not join this company thinking you will give it a try or stay until you receive your year-end bonus. This awful company has none of the benefits you might expect. There is no birthday cash gift, only a birthday present (possibly three lousy bags meant to fob you off).
There are no cash gifts for the three major festivals, only festival gifts. The factory department makes cakes or panna cotta (possibly adding gelatin powder, milk-cap powder, or other additives to clear out inventory). Be aware that O'Stone only sells beverages and is not good at making cakes or panna cotta.
There are no year-end bonuses, year-end parties, spring banquets, or group meals.
The company's income is unstable, and even when there is income, it is not put into employee benefits.
3. No protection
The company arbitrarily downsizes and deliberately makes things difficult for employees. It frequently threatens to sue people (including former employees). Interviews and desk phones are recorded. The person interviewing you will steer the conversation toward a sense of trust so that you lower your guard and speak freely.
Forced leave: you are required to use your own annual leave.
4. No trust in employees
You will be asked to sign every document for everything. Even when mistakes are made, responsibility will be completely pushed onto you, and you will be held fully accountable.
5. Terrible emotional management
When the general manager is in a bad mood, she roars at everyone and speaks with a questioning attitude. When she is happy, she also speaks very loudly and laughs loudly. Even if you are not in the same office, you can hear her roaring and loud laughter from far away throughout the office—practically disturbing the entire neighborhood.
She also thinks she can do everything and expects everyone to follow her example and work themselves to death. She shows no consideration for employees and only expects employees to think about the company's profits.
5. Extremely high turnover
Whether in the stores or the head office, someone leaves every month. The work of departed employees is assigned to other colleagues who remain, who must take on multiple roles without any increase in pay. Most people, once they discover how chaotic the internal operations are, choose to change jobs.
7. If she thinks you are unsuitable, she will continually make things difficult for you, tell you not to come to work, and demand that you resign voluntarily. After you leave, she will continue to make trouble for former employees.
8. The company proudly tells partner businesses that a normal beverage shop needs four employees, but O'Stone only needs two, effectively reducing labor costs. It also increases employees' working hours, which can increase the company's profits.
In addition, one store manager is responsible for multiple stores and numerous related tasks, without any additional pay.
How can anyone not apply to this devilish company for a superhuman?
And the note even says that you must devote yourself entirely to O'Stone without considering your own interests.
