The headquarters colleagues have good relationships with one another. Other than that, there really are no other advantages.
1. Red Guard system: If you make a mistake, you are immediately given a demerit. One colleague in a certain department merely had a discrepancy in some data and received a demerit, as well as a week of interviews. Another colleague was pressured to produce data by a certain deadline; otherwise, they would receive one demerit every day.
2. No benefits: Arrive one minute late and your perfect-attendance bonus is immediately deducted. Overtime must be requested in advance, and you can only apply for compensatory leave; each request for compensatory leave must be for four hours. If you do not want to pay visa fees yourself, you have to sign a term-of-employment guarantee. The company pays for external training, but you also have to sign a guarantee.
3. Constantly changing decisions: The company has no middle managers, so everything, big or small, has to be approved by the general manager. The chairperson and general manager often disagree and do not communicate at all, leaving subordinates unsure whose instructions to follow. The general manager likes to test people, so she asks about all kinds of matters during meetings. Even if you have only been employed for one day, she thinks you should know everything.
4. Disrespectful treatment: When she is in a bad mood, the general manager treats subordinates harshly and scolds them. As a result, there have been instances where entire departments resigned, yet she felt it made no difference and even mentioned it herself as an accomplishment???!!
The environment is becoming increasingly dangerous (there is human-shaped surveillance). I recommend not joining and becoming someone they toy with.
