Read the community guidelinesOvertime is infrequent because the head of a certain department has already left early as well.
If you have connections, you can get away with anything. Favoritism is rampant. The employees under them who cause trouble are incapable and only know how to push others forward to take the blame. Everyone knows they show favoritism to the extreme—so much that everyone feels they must be related by blood.
We also often have to rely on giving coffee and drinks as a favor to ask certain warehouse staff to ship goods. Isn't that supposed to be part of their job!? The entire workplace atmosphere and culture are fundamentally problematic! The accounting write-off process is even dependent on their mood. A terrible environment.
The reception staff were friendly.
Although my previous employer was a contract manufacturing plant that provided one-stop production and repair services for Moxa products, when I went to AAEON for an interview today and finished filling out my personal information, the interviewing manager looked at my information and took a deep breath—the kind of reaction that made me feel he was very impatient and disdainful. He also criticized the repair of Moxa products at my former contract manufacturer as being very low-level work. I have never seen an interviewer speak that way. He also asked why I had left the company. I told the interviewing manager, “Because I don’t like rework,” but he said that he was specifically looking for someone to do rework and basic repairs. He also said that I was already over 40 and that it was too late to change careers now, so they could not offer me the salary I requested. He only said that the salary could be the same as what I had received at the company I left. At the end of the interview, the manager asked again, “Are you sure you don’t like rework?” I said yes. When I was leaving after the interview, I apologized for taking up his time, and the manager also said he was sorry for wasting my time. I don’t know which has better prospects, Moxa or AAEON; I simply felt uncomfortable with the manager who interviewed me for the repair position.
Uh... transportation is fairly convenient, and you can drive right to the entrance.
Actually, every company has its pros and cons; it also depends on how much pressure you can handle and what your expectations are.
I wasn’t there for long. The only issue was having to do a lot of work that wasn’t part of the job duties originally described, which was a bit shocking.
Everyone just focused on their own work, and the office space wasn’t very large.
However, if you want to try working at a tech company or fill out your résumé, it could be worth considering.
They paint an overly rosy picture for you
Truly good people are extremely rare
The benefits are pretty good, and there isn't much overtime.
The price of not working overtime is having to work yourself to the bone to meet the supervisor's standards. His standards require both efficiency and quality to be rigorously maintained and satisfy the supervisor, even without being given the necessary tools. He just nitpicks and berates people to show off his authority.
Most of the employees there seem to be long-time veterans who shirk responsibility and have poor attitudes. This supervisor is also a slippery old hand of one or two decades, and his poor attitude was another reason I wanted to leave as soon as possible.
The lights are often turned off after 7 p.m.,
but all the benefits you should have are provided.
There can be a 2–3% annual adjustment.
The company does not want you to work overtime, so there is no overtime pay either.
The internal staff are very good at passing the buck when handling matters.
The former HR manager was very stingy, and salaries were very low and frequently cut.
But they have changed to a new one; it is unknown whether things have improved.
The reputation of the alternative military service program is poor; think carefully before applying.

The interviewing manager said: He used to work at TSMC, working overtime until midnight every day. Here, people leave at 9 p.m. on average, so it's much more relaxed.

After replying to HR with my available times... there was no further message.
It felt terrible.
Low pay, lots of work
