Read the community guidelinesThe office is beautiful
I work as the company's PR.
1. The office is beautiful, but the seating is extremely open. My supervisor sits directly behind me and can see my computer screen clearly. They spend the entire day secretly looking at my LINE chat conversations.
2. My supervisor has serious issues. They are incompetent and unable to resolve problems, and even tell me to ask my friends how to solve them, saying that they solve problems that way too. I was left speechless.
3. The company's systems are rigid. When I pointed out that the form format was incorrect, I was instead harshly reprimanded. All voices and opinions are suppressed as soon as they reach the manager and cannot be communicated any further.
4. My recommendation to the company: hire an assistant directly. There is no need to require someone capable and experienced, since they will simply be manipulated by others without any independent opinions.

On the actual interview day, an HR representative surnamed Su came in and said that the manager had another meeting, so she would conduct the interview that day.
However, she clearly stated that she did not understand the field and had only come in to chat. She said that a follow-up interview with the manager would be arranged later.
The entire process lasted less than eight minutes.
I had originally expected a grand and magnificent company that might understand the meaning of “respect.”
It is understandable for an interviewer to suddenly have a meeting, but they should have informed the interviewee that they did not need to attend that day, rather than asking them to come again.
Perhaps I was simply treated as part of HR’s performance metrics—but who knows?
Personally, I suggest that there are better options in Neihu.
1. The office is very clean and beautiful
2. Convenient transportation
1. Poor communication? As a result, no one knew someone was coming for an interview today, so I had to ask around
