The office is very beautiful.
When coordinating the interview time, it was rescheduled because the manager had a scheduled meeting, and I was told that the manager would conduct the interview directly that day. (Video interviews were not accepted.)
On the actual interview day, an HR representative surnamed Su came in and said that the manager had another meeting, so she would conduct the interview that day.
However, she clearly stated that she did not understand the field and had only come in to chat. She said that a follow-up interview with the manager would be arranged later.
The entire process lasted less than eight minutes.
I had originally expected a grand and magnificent company that might understand the meaning of “respect.”
It is understandable for an interviewer to suddenly have a meeting, but they should have informed the interviewee that they did not need to attend that day, rather than asking them to come again.
Perhaps I was simply treated as part of HR’s performance metrics—but who knows?
Personally, I suggest that there are better options in Neihu.
