Arrogant, unreasonable, bad attitude, cocky, bullies employees, doesn’t pay wages… wage theft, and insults employees.
The main point is… he doesn’t pay and still says, “Go ahead and sue me in court!” He said that nothing would happen just by going to court and talking about it!
- The boss has forward-looking and unique insights into product development and does not limit himself to the current situation.
- The boss gives employees plenty of autonomy and does not micromanage.
- There are many excellent former and current employees, and it is a pleasure to work with them.
- The client-side charging mechanism could be reconsidered to determine how it can be sustainable in the long run.
- Other negative reviews criticize the boss for being emotional, but under prolonged extreme pressure, occasionally showing emotion is only human nature.
- Other negative reviews mention “changing direction constantly,” but for a company to survive, it is necessary to adopt an immediate competitive strategy.
- If this company were really as bad as described in the other negative reviews, there would not be employees with more than one, two, three, or four years of tenure, nor would there still be current employees.

Often delays salary payments, doesn't provide what is owed, removes people from groups, and is full of lies. Has angered many people! Still naively dreams of opening a factory in mainland China—has no conscience! Treats employees poorly yet is still self-righteous.
Besides being able to share a common language with experienced colleagues, you can also discuss the details of projects.
Because the organizational structure is small, face-to-face communication is relatively easy.
Someone is extremely emotional and does not tolerate dissent.
Unpaid wages, underreporting, unpaid fees, and so on. Leaving was also extremely unpleasant.
The boss is suspected of sending a lawyer’s letter to an employee who was leaving because of the negative reviews here (if that isn’t the reason, I really don’t know what is). Today, I won’t give a negative review—I’ll give a positive one. Saying that they are going to send a lawyer’s letter must be an expression of justice; if they ultimately don’t send it, that is absolutely an act of great mercy and benevolence. Even with the labor insurance system on the verge of collapse, delaying employees’ labor insurance payments for as long as possible is, of course, also a wise choice. All the previous negative reviews were fake and reflect heavy negative karma. The right to pursue legal action is reserved. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company!
Drawbacks? This company has no such thing!
The colleagues are okay, but the boss is quite terrible.
Operations are very unstable, and salaries are often unpaid. They use petty tactics such as removing employees from groups and locking their email accounts to force them out.
The company’s direction is extremely unclear, and its prospects for development are questionable. The boss is fickle and makes empty promises to clients, and turnover is extremely high.
