Pros

Company environment and atmosphere:

The company emphasizes teamwork and values the growth and development of both teams and individuals.

There is job-related training, and when problems arise, senior colleagues patiently provide guidance.

Whenever help is needed, colleagues and supervisors are always happy to assist.

Relationships with supervisors are also like friendships—they listen to your ideas and help guide you in the right direction.

The production-line work environment is clean and bright, with air conditioning and music. Regular inspections are also conducted to assess factors such as workplace brightness and fatigue,

with the aim of making the work environment as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

For example,

products that were previously manually carried from packaging stations for pallet stacking

are now moved using vacuum suction cups, helping prevent potential lower-back injuries caused by carrying heavy loads over long periods.

You also don't need to wear the company's uniform while working~

Training and development:

The company provides a variety of continuing education courses and subsidies.

Currently, employees can choose from courses such as online English, yoga, and mountain biking.

Shopping:

Employees can enjoy group-purchase discounts on company products.

The vending machines in the facility are operated by 7-ELEVEN, and the products are also offered at discounted prices.

The company also provides free coffee and meals,

and City Cafe is available as another option.

The company partners with the PayEasy Corporate Benefits Network.

In addition to points that can be used to purchase all kinds of items,

there are also many discounts at designated partner stores.

Entertainment:

There are many clubs employees can join,

including both active and more relaxed activities.

If you don't find one you like, you can even start a new club!

Domestic and overseas trips and family days are held every year (with some changes in recent years due to the pandemic).

The company also has facilities such as basketball arcade games, table tennis, and mountain bikes.

After working up a sweat, employees can use the men's and women's locker rooms,

which thoughtfully provide body wash, shampoo, and hair dryers.

Health:

Free flu vaccinations and health checkups are provided every year.

Subsidies:

Subsidies are available for various weddings, funerals, and other major life events. In times of special difficulty, employees can also apply for emergency hardship assistance.

Benefits shared by employees and their dependents:

Employees and their dependents can participate in the company's group insurance plan.

The company also partners with a well-known consulting firm to provide an employee assistance program,

offering employees and their dependents a variety of consultation services,

including legal matters, financial planning, career planning, parent-child relationships, and more.

Consultations are available even when you are overseas~

Benefits specifically for female employees:

Free milk is provided from pregnancy through the first year after childbirth.

Emergency sanitary pads and hand cream are provided free of charge.

Career development:

In addition to training for various positions,

promotion assessments are conducted regularly.

There is also no ceiling on advancement.

As long as you have the ability, you can continue to advance.

There is currently no profit-sharing scheme.

Cons

The company wants to recruit talent from central Taiwan but offers second-rate pay and then provides a third-rate work environment... When newcomers join, senior employees leave them to fend for themselves and do not teach them. Withholding information and deliberately making things difficult are standard practice. Once you join, they simply dump tasks on you, and they speak in a very sarcastic manner....

The work atmosphere is very poor.

The managers are busy managing upward. Work content is based primarily on what the manager says, with absolutely no procedural documentation or controls to follow. Management by personal discretion takes precedence. The newcomer who just resigned was still learning on the job while making mistakes...

The boxed lunches are awful... yet they act as if the company is already being wonderful by providing lunch boxes.

Colleagues are indifferent toward one another. Small groups attack each other. Anything good is fake.

Overall, the atmosphere is bad... the vibe is poor.

Pros

Free lunch and a 7-Eleven vending machine

Cons

The company’s systems are poorly established, and processing efficiency is low. It is primarily managed according to individuals’ preferences: employees do whatever their supervisors say without considering whether it is reasonable or legal. The company tends to first suspect that employees have failed to do something properly or have not completed assigned tasks. Senior colleagues are unwilling to train new employees. Colleagues appear to get along well on the surface, but privately… The company gives employees the impression that the benefits it provides are like favors bestowed upon them.

Pros

The workplace hardware and equipment are genuinely good.

Cons

Everyone who joins the production line is hired as a dispatched worker.

People are unwilling to teach; withholding know-how is standard practice.

Any mistakes in product assembly are pushed onto new hires to take the blame for.

Even when you operate according to the team leader’s or section leader’s instructions, if something goes wrong, new hires are still thrown under the bus along with them.

The department manager is also unreasonable and has never considered that an entire batch could have been made incorrectly—how could it possibly be only one new hire’s problem?

A company that claims to manufacture premium products has, over the long term, somehow maintained such a deeply ingrained bad practice. For a company that allows its managers to recklessly run the production line, I think it would be entirely understandable if one day its products caused an accident for a customer.

Filled out a questionnaire (including the previous company's salary as stated online), took a written test for about an hour and ten minutes, and had a brief interview. About an hour and a half was spent wasting the applicant's time waiting around for them (the interview was scheduled from 1:00 to after 4:00). Overtime and supporting colleagues are required. Everyone is young, including someone who had just joined the day before.

Later, I discovered that the same position was being recruited for again several months later, and this time they were hiring an intern.
