Pros

The workplace hardware and equipment are genuinely good.

Cons

Everyone who joins the production line is hired as a dispatched worker.

People are unwilling to teach; withholding know-how is standard practice.

Any mistakes in product assembly are pushed onto new hires to take the blame for.

Even when you operate according to the team leader’s or section leader’s instructions, if something goes wrong, new hires are still thrown under the bus along with them.

The department manager is also unreasonable and has never considered that an entire batch could have been made incorrectly—how could it possibly be only one new hire’s problem?

A company that claims to manufacture premium products has, over the long term, somehow maintained such a deeply ingrained bad practice. For a company that allows its managers to recklessly run the production line, I think it would be entirely understandable if one day its products caused an accident for a customer.
