The HR interviewer always gives the impression of being superficial, as if they are not really listening to what the interviewee is saying and have not read the résumé in advance.
Another major issue is that there is quite a gap between the job description and the actual requirements for candidates. This means you may prepare thoroughly beforehand, only to be told after the interview, “That’s not what we value,” and you may not even discuss the abilities they value or relevant experience with the interviewer during the entire interview.
Finally, it seems to be similar to a family business, founded by a husband-and-wife team.

The company environment is great, and it also feels like a happy place to work.
The position has been open for a long time, so I'm actually a little unsure whether it's really still being advertised.
They said they would notify me after the interview, but I never heard back, which felt a bit disappointing.
