The boss is extremely fond of making grand promises, but without ideas or execution, nothing gets accomplished. The managers are incredibly incompetent (well, there are some capable ones too). The environment is fairly good, but there is a noticeable difference compared with the photos.

1. Made the interviewee wait for over half an hour, without even offering a glass of water.

2. Questioned the interviewee’s past experience without reviewing the résumé first.

3. The interviewer (the CEO) was very rude. They chewed gum while flipping through the résumé and never made eye contact with the interviewee even once.

4. After asking a few perfunctory questions, they stood up, opened the meeting room door, and said, “That’s all for now. I’ll have HR take another look at your information.” They did not discuss the job responsibilities at all, and the interview ended inexplicably.

Before the part-time job interview, it was agreed that the pay would be 150 per hour (this was also stated on the 104 job listing), but in reality, they only paid 130 per hour.
