The boss is extremely fond of making grand promises, but without ideas or execution, nothing gets accomplished. The managers are incredibly incompetent (well, there are some capable ones too). Some have questionable intelligence, some only know how to act cute, and some are overweight—so how does this company make money? Of course, by exploiting its employees. There are still lots of people working at the company at eleven o’clock at night, with no overtime pay and no efficiency. No one cares about you. Working in a place like this makes you either useless or a slave. You figure it out.
