Interviewed for an image processing engineer position
After filling in my personal information, I went straight to the interview without a written test
The process was fairly pleasant
The interviewer provided feedback on all of the questions
The interviewer had extensive experience
Although my education and work experience were both relevant,
the interviewer said that I had no relevant experience?
The skills required for candidate selection were unclear
They may only be looking for people who can contribute immediately, with no training provided
There is a test, including trick questions. The interview atmosphere is harmonious, but if they determine that you have little chance of being hired, the supervisor will say they need to go notify someone that the interview is taking place, while the receptionist will come in directly and tell you that today’s interview ends here. Small company, high pressure.

The manager doesn't take responsibility, hogs the spotlight, and the product is too far removed from the market. Entry-level work is acceptable, but be cautious with senior-level positions.
